1. Umumiy ma'lumot

Tedy ("biz", "bizning") — sizning shaxsiy AI stilistingiz. Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati biz qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'ishimiz, ulardan qanday foydalanishimiz va qanday himoya qilishimizni tushuntiradi.

2. Biz qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'amiz

  • Hisob ma'lumotlari: ism, email manzil, profil rasmi (Google bilan kirganda Google'dan olinadi).
  • Stil profili: tug'ilgan yilingiz, jinsingiz, sevimli ranglar, uslub afzalliklari (onboarding'da siz tomondan kiritiladi).
  • Shkaf ma'lumotlari: yuklagan kiyim rasmlaringiz va AI tomonidan aniqlangan xususiyatlar (rang, tur, uslub).
  • Joylashuv: faqat viloyat darajasida (Toshkent, Samarqand va h.k.) — ob-havo va mahalliy tavsiyalar uchun. Aniq GPS koordinata yig'ilmaydi.
  • Texnik ma'lumotlar: qurilma modeli, OS versiyasi, push-notification token (xizmat sifatini ta'minlash uchun).

3. Ma'lumotlardan qanday foydalanamiz

  • Sizga shaxsiylashtirilgan outfit tavsiyalarini berish
  • AI yordamida kiyimlaringizni tahlil qilish va kategoriyalash
  • Ilovaning ishlashini yaxshilash va xatolarni tuzatish

4. Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari

Biz quyidagi xizmatlardan foydalanamiz:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — push-bildirishnomalar uchun
  • Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — kiyimlarni tahlil qilish va outfit yaratish uchun. Rasmlaringiz Google AI xizmatiga yuboriladi, lekin u yerda saqlanmaydi.

5. Ma'lumotlar himoyasi

Biz sizning ma'lumotlaringizni HTTPS shifrlash, kuchli autentifikatsiya va xavfsiz serverlar orqali himoya qilamiz. Ma'lumotlar Yevropa Ittifoqi serverlarida saqlanadi.

6. Ma'lumotlarni baham ko'rish

Biz sizning shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringizni hech kimga sotmaymiz. Ma'lumotlar faqat yuqorida ko'rsatilgan uchinchi tomon xizmatlari bilan, ularning o'z maxfiylik siyosatlari doirasida baham ko'riladi.

Tedy ("we", "our") is your personal AI stylist. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, profile picture (obtained from Google when you sign in with Google).
  • Style profile: birth year, gender, favorite colors, style preferences (provided by you during onboarding).
  • Wardrobe data: clothing photos you upload and attributes detected by AI (color, type, style).
  • Location: only at the region level (Tashkent, Samarkand, etc.) — for weather and local recommendations. Exact GPS coordinates are not collected.
  • Technical data: device model, OS version, push notification token (for service quality).

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide personalized outfit recommendations
  • Analyze and categorize your clothes using AI
  • Improve app performance and fix bugs
  • Send push notifications (only if you opted in)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

  • Google Sign-In — for authentication
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — for push notifications
  • Google Vertex AI (Gemini) — to analyze clothes and generate outfits. Your photos are sent to Google AI services but not stored there.

5. Data Protection

We protect your data with HTTPS encryption, strong authentication, and secure servers. Data is stored on European Union servers.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above, under their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

  • Delete your account — in the Profile section of the app
  • Request or delete your data — via the email below
  • Opt out of push notifications — in device settings

8. Children

Tedy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
